Bio's:

Leif Czakai is a designer working in the socio-cultural field. Through participatory actions and events he conveys research, contributes to community development and (co-)creates learning environments. When it comes to music, he writes songs, lyrics and sings - preferred in band settings.

Bergur Anderson is a visual artist, composer and sound-maker based in Rotterdam. Through various solo and collaborative projects he makes publications, performances and installations that reflect on his interests in polyphonic storytelling, orality and the transitory qualities of sound.

Maziar Afrassiabi is an artist, music lover, stage director, and educator. He is the founder and director of Rib, an art space near Vibrato in the south of Rotterdam.

Vibrato, is Rib's new music studio. The studio will be used to record the musical aural history of our neighbourhood and our network, Different constellations of individuals meet. During short sessions of max. half a day, we jam and simultaneously record. No postproduction. These recordings are documents of meeting in sound and music.
